MedPanel Report: Bioterrorism
CAMBRIDGE, MA -- DECEMBER 15 2001 -- Prior to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, bioterrorism was recognized as a potential threat, but those attacks and subsequent cases of anthrax served to both highlight the relevance of bioterrorism in present-day America and underscore our vulnerability.
